1) Initial Discussion

You and your designated stakeholder(s) (especially security management personnel) will discuss with the KSIT partners, what we do, why we do it, how it is done, the relevance for your business and how we can tailor our product exclusively for you, your staff, your business and its safety and security.

2) On-Site Assessment

The KSIT partners come to you and conduct an on – site assessment of your physical location. We collaborate with the appropriate security staff, take measurements, photographs, videos, determine types of materials, floor layouts, entrances / exits, etc. Additionally, we look at specific geographic locations, neighborhood social considerations, area business impact, law enforcement and fire / ambulance response trends, local hospitals, etc. 

3) Preliminary Report

KSIT discuss and study the materials from the on – site assessment. These materials are then put together in the form of a comprehensive, detailed report, including recommendations for safety and security improvement.   

4) Present Findings

The findings and recommendations of the report are presented in person or via video conference, for the purpose of clarifying information and answering questions. Meeting length time is determined by size and requested scope of your project.

5) Training & Implementation

The natural and vital partner component of a KSIT assessment and report, is training, education and exposure for you and your staff. Although the assessment and report are important, the education for you and your staff concerning exigent circumstance events, what to do, what not to do, and when and how to take action, can vastly improve a person’s understanding of how to get more time.
